Policy consistency critical in curbing drug use

Zimbabwe has a history of failed policies after it crafted several policies and frameworks in trying to deal with various challenges, but most have been a pie in the sky due to lack of political will and absence of extensive consultations among key stakeholders. The Zimbabwe National Drug Master Plan is the new baby and it needs collective efforts in its implementation if Zimbabwe is to win the war against drug use.
